I had tried at several jewellers to have my pearl's restrung and repaired with no luck. At H Samuel the assistant was able to explain the process and timescale she was very knowledgable and informative. She also helped me to buy a pair of earrings to match. So I am a very happy customer and will go back.

Myself and my Fiancée came into H Samuel Northumberland Street very deflated as this was the 10th store we went to looking for an engagement ring for me and wedding rings for us both. We just couldn?t find the perfect pair. After being there 40 minutes trying different rings on I found THE ONE and a wedding ring along with it. My fiancée also found her perfect wedding ring to go with the engagement ring she already had. I can?t thank Faye enough for her patience and interest in helping us find the perfect rings, she was so helpful, kind and caring and the other ladies were a great support and came over to talk to us and made us both feel so welcome. Faye wanted to help yet everywhere else we went made us feel they were just pushing for a sale. Faye, listened and delivered. Thank you Faye again for all your help. Helen from the Northumberland Street store was more than helpful. Me & my fiancé came in to look for his wedding ring and we can?t thank Helen enough for all her help. She was friendly and genuinely interested in our engagement, wedding and everything else that came along with it. Her knowledge and advice was second to none. She?s a credit and asset to the store and we really hope she gets the recognition she deserves for doing such a good job day in and out. My fiancé even mentioned when he was shopping for my engagement ring, Helen even helped him on that day explaining diamond cuts and how to how the stone is set to help him find the perfect ring for me. She really does do a great job.
