Had a brew, and a tuna stottie was lush. The only downside was a scruffy lad walking in and walking back out with a box of doughnuts. No one challenged him. I guess it's a sign of the times we now live in.

Me and my friend lauren went to greggs for a refreshment earlier on. It wasnt busy and got seen to by a young boy called will, he gave me my reward of the greggs app and followed the companys policy of customer interaction very well.

The staff are very nice however sadly Greggs have reduced the quality of their food, the pies are almost empty of vegetables or meat or dairy products. Most pies are flatter then pancakes and meat pies are really gravy granule pies which have little to no meat in them. Cannot lame the staff as they work hard and are always helpful however the pie itself is living off of it's old reputation.

Just watched a member of staff look after someone who was wet, they helped them use the fans to dry off. Love the humanity and the staff. Thank you Newcastle

Food and drinks are great but if you're in line ... Don't be! Use click and collect or prepare for a wait. It sounds like I am doing free advertising, but in truth that is how it works. They sell stotties here too so now it's 4 to 5 star. Great service love it.

Had a Cheese and Onion pasty and a Hot chocolate. It was great and refreshing for the early mornings. Suggestion: Get your pasty?s when it comes out fresh because after sometime it turns soggy. So don?t buy it ever at the closing time
