Please teach your staff about food intolerance!
I asked for no spread on my bacon sandwich and didn't check it. It seemed to have a lot of brown sauce which masked the taste of the bacon. Half way through I found it had some dairy spread on it. I'm slightly dairy intolerant and felt ill all day.

Possibly the only Greggs where you need to be a student to use the Rewards feature on the app?Was abruptly told I had to be a student to use the Gregg's app rewards feature after years of using it, then after asking Greggs customer service, this isn't the case at all... Maybe staff in a bad mood?
