Went to get a mint hot chocolate and steak bake. I rely on contactless payment and after you use it so many times you have to put your pin in the card machine to prove you own the card. I never know my pin and my card app took forever to load up. By the time it loaded the guy at the till said it was on him and paid it for me. I felt so bad but it was so kind of him - it was maybe because I was holding up the queue as well ? to the guy who served me today (02/12/20) let me pay you £2.90 back one day ??

Great place, excellent staff especially Elaine at the Stamfordham road Gregg's, couldn't thank her enough when my little girl was upset and she came over with a sweet treat and made sure she was alright, great customer service. Thank you again :D
