service here is absolutely atrocious. got served by a lady to only over charge 2 times, claims she had left item on the counter and someone else took it. when in fact no one stepped in front of the line to take the pasty. acts like as if has done nothing wrong. not even an apology for over charging. claiming she had proof on the till for not overcharging, when i showed my banking app, straight away another staff gave the money back. This only means one thing, she would have pocketed the extra money from the till. THEIF! acknowledge your mistake and learn to apologise. And on another note, this greggs hardly as any food item as they usually don't get delivery on time.
