I ordered a vegan sausage roll which the woman who was serving me clarified was vegan only to take a bite once I’d gotten and realise it was pork.

Considering the fact this place always has queues out the door, you would’ve thought they would understand how to work quickly and efficiently. Apparently not. The staff would rather just mill about behind the counter while potential customers have to drop their things because they’ve got a train to catch.
