My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from this store and based on the customer service he received as well as my own from visits for cleans etc we decided to also purchase our wedding bands here too. There was some issues between ordering and receiving the rings but Adam helped rectify these issues. We feel he really went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. Fantastic service and welcoming atmosphere (much more so than other jewellery stores I've seen).Adam and the team helped me out immensely with watches I was interested in. I was able to try on a variety (i was looking at Oris, Longines) and order in other watches that weren't in stock.I ended up choosing the right watch for me and couldn't be happier with it, definitely recommended.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here back in March 2023, and the service at the time he said was the decider between Fraser Hart and other jewellers.I swapped the ring initially as it was too big and the service was amazing, I then brought the ring back after I decided I wanted the ring sized a half smaller and nothing was too much of a problem. The team helped me make my decision about sizing and advised appropriately, without being pushy. I left feeling so assured I?d made the right choice and we felt so looked after.I?d honestly recommend the store to anybody and I?m so grateful to the team!

Popped in to the Metro Centre shop to have a look at some jewellery for my wedding - I was looked after by Chrystian, the manager, who was fabulous. He helped me pic out jewellery based on my dress neckline and matching earrings based on my hair. When he sent me away with my shopping he also put some bubbly in the bag to enjoy when we got home as we couldn?t have a glass while we were there. Lovely shopping experience!

We bought our wedding rings at the Fraser Hart in Leeds, we dealt with Adam who we learned worked at the store in Newcastle and was a covering a shift that day.Adam was fantastic for us, he was personal and made us feel incredibly comfortable as well as giving us many laughs! It was a pleasure to meet him and he is a real asset to the company, thank you Adam.

Due to a manufacturing issue with the engagement ring I purchased for my fiancé we had to change the ring as it was also discontinued.Although we were both devastated about having to change the ring I picked out.Adam at Fraser hart in the Metrocentre took it upon himself to personally help us through the journey of choosing a new engagement ring, Adam over the course of a number of months keep in weekly contact with me sourcing rings from all over the country for us to look at in store whilst sticking to the brief of the ring looking as much like the old as possible. And today we got the perfect ring and my fiancé is delighted.Adam and his colleague Ian are an absolute credit to Fraser hart and have went above and beyond with their efforts. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Adams expertise, knowledge and amazing personal customer service during these last fem months!We have our wedding planned and will be using Adam for our wedding rings.Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to helping us !!

EDITED as I?m absolutely heart broken with the quality of jewellery purchased and customer service since this visit.The day after my fiancé and I visited Fraser Hart to pick wedding rings and get my engagement ring ?professionally cleaned? (after wearing my engagement ring for only 6 months) one of the diamonds fell out.I returned the ring to store, where I was told it would take a maximum of 3-4 weeks to be sent away and fixed. I was told someone would call me, I heard nothing for 4 weeks so decided to call the store, where I was told someone would call me back, after two days of hearing nothing I called again and explained the situation, to be told there was a problem sourcing the diamond and it would be another 3 weeks!! When expressing how upset I was with the situation the lady replied ?well you know we are repairing it for free? insinuating I should be grateful?. the ring was only 6 months old and diamond fell out a day after being cleaned by the store! Incredibly upset and disappointed I was supposed to hear from Fraser Hart about collecting my ring 3 days ago? I heard nothing so decided to call again. I have now been told my engagement ring won?t be fixed for another 6-8 weeks!! I?m absolutely heart broken that such a special time is being ruined due to this issue.We have paid the deposit for my partners wedding band and unfortunately are cutting our losses with it and having to find another jewellers and wedding band to avoid anymore stress with this company. I am so incredibly upset and disappointed with the lack of service from Fraser Hart.My fiancé and I visited to look at wedding bands. Adam was really friendly and helpful, he talked us through the different rings, with no pressure at all to buy. We were offered tea and coffee while trying rings on and Adam very kindly cleaned my engagement ring. We were very happy with the customer service and purchased both of our wedding rings.

I was served by Shirley who was really nice and very helpful. She also had a loupe (small magnifier) and that helped view the item better. Other competitors didn't offer this, and it made a difference as Fraser Hart got the sale.
