We have had a brilliant time at Fayre Play Newcastle tonight. Katy at the bar making delicious cocktails was fab and even better that there were Special Deals for Sunday 2 for £15. But the star of the show was definitely Aldo who was brilliant and such good fun! An asset to the Fayre Play Company who really made our night extra special.
The games were good, quite tricky to beat the set score BUT we managed and did win a medium duck ?
We went as a team of 4 and can't wait to go back with other family members who we know will love it too.

Just had an amazing time at Fayre Play in Newcastle. We paid for a play, drinks and food package, with an additional drinks package. Which was well worth it, the cocktails are included in the drinks package. Small menu choice but food delicious. The staff that we did have any contact were lovely. Special mention to PJ and Morgan who were really friendly. Will definitely visit again

Callum gave great service and was very well spoken while providing our drinks he was fun to speak with and made both me and my partner laugh liv also gave great personalitieswhen it came to drinks both of which had beautiful hair I will come again just to see both of them

Visited on Friday night and had THE BEST TIME with Callum and Liv who had us in stitches all evening, we haven?t been out for drinks in over a year and our visit was made extra special by their excellent banter and cocktail skills! This review is specifically to highlight an outstanding staff member at Fayre Play named Morgan.
While the venue itself is a fun concept for kids and adults, Morgan is the one who made our visit unforgettable.
Her customer service was phenomenal. She was incredibly engaging with our 21-month-old daughter, so patient, and genuinely thrilled for her when she won her prize. Her wonderful, positive attitude is a huge asset to your team.
We were so taken by her kindness that we asked for a photo of her with our daughter. She deserves all the praise and recognition. Thank you, Morgan, for making our little girl's day so special.
You are the best!

Visited here on Sunday nite for the first time I felt some of the targets on the games were extremely hard however!
But the staff I meet Morgan the supervisor and poppy who was particularly friendly welcoming and extremely helpful guiding us through the games as well as keeping an eye to make sure everyone had help if they needed it! Poppys customer service was outstanding and she put us at ease and ensured although we didn?t win we still had fun she?s a fantastic member of your team

Dreadful. Paid £30 for 2 people to go in, inside half the games dont hae coin slots and require a member of staff to operate, which there was only one person working for everyone. Coin slots didnt work on some we tried and the games are lackluster and cheap. Went to the front desk to ask for a refund after playing 2 games and were told to contact head office (manager didnt even come out to speak to us) so we gave them the rest of our tokens and messaged them only to be told that cause we left on our own accord theres nothing they can do. Didnt give us te refund our even offer our tokens back so we've paid £30 for 5 minutes. Save your money its the worse arcade in newcastle and customer service shocking. Go to yo-me world across fro them in the gate, far cheaper and better.

best fries i?ve ever had tbh. the loveliest staff, engaging and fun. games were a lot of fun and loved the incredible amount of ducks around the place.

I understand the idea behind fayre play in the gate however for the amount we payed i would of hoped we would walk away with at least one duck most of the games were broke and had to be manually done by a staff member quite disappointed to be honest

Amazing atmosphere, we were greeted by PJ who was very attentive and charming. We ended up getting 2 of the cocktails (pictured) which were unbelievable and so tasty. We came on a saturday night and the vibes were great, would deffo recommend and come again.
10/10 staff, drinks and vibes.
