Came to the Fat hippo in Newcastle with my nephew. It was his first time here and we will 100% return. George helped him build his burger and offered him some colouring in to which he copied the ?burger men? on the wall and took it home to show him mam. Brilliant service! Thank you so much ? x

Always great food and friendly staff whenever we visit Fat hippo.
Curtis was really helpful and knowledgeable with the gluten free options. George was very friendly when he took our plates and sorted the bill.

Outstanding quality food. Very unique atmosphere, stylish design, ambient industrial lighting and super friendly and helpful staff. It's not just another burger place, it's whole new level culinary experience.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere better! We were seated immediately and service was great all evening. Food was SO tasty! I took the tater tots home in my bag and the burgers are juicy and flavourful. Particular thank you to Lucy, Ella and Kurtis and for helping with our alphabet game and naming a song beginning with Q (que sera sera!)

The best burgers in the north of England only thing that compares is beefy bois. Its my go too whenever i visit.
The prices are spot on,
The portions are great,
And the burgers are 2nd best ive ever had and only by a tiny margin. Which of im honest is getting smaller and smaller with each visit.

Very delicious food, there's a nice selection of beef and chicken burgers. It was very packed, but we were able to get a table straight away. Not too badly priced for a meal out. I would recommend it!

Burger restaurant on two levels I had a burger called the swiss Tony it was fine filling it gets harder to differentiate burgers they are all much of a muchness one friend had the chicken didn't finish it said it was not nice looked a bit unappetising
