The level of support and dedication demonstrated especially by Omar and his entire team have been truly outstanding, making a significant impact on the well-being of our residents and staff. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our residents receive their medications in a timely and efficient manner. The prompt and reliable delivery service has been a lifeline for us, ensuring our residents have uninterrupted access to their essential medications. We consider ourselves fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate pharmacy serving our community, and we eagerly anticipate continuing our partnership in the future.

Really friendly staff and the pharmacist is really friendly and professional.He knows what medication to order in and they actually use proper brands. Unlike boots and other pharmacies.

When I went there, they were remodelling so I can't give a 5, but the chemist gave good, money saving advice to the lady in front of me.

Farah Chemist never really had a problem with them until today Dr has sent a prescription for my dad and said check it's there before going to collect 15 calls later and I'm still being hung up on. Farah Chemist if you have the time to press the receiver off 15 times you obviously have time to pick up the call .

Been trying to call them all morning because they didn't have all my meds when I went yesterday and told me to come back at 5pm today but I can't as I have a hospital appointment so been trying to call them to see how I can get my meds ASAP as I can't start treatment until I know when I get the rest of my meds as the doses have to be spaced evenly. I'm sat here with an infection and can't start treatment until they answer their phones and sort out the rest of my meds. Useless place, pharmacist is always running late too.

Our independent patient and service-users based pharmacy report is based on 7 visits to this pharmacy between 2017 and 2019. The overall rating we give is 5 OUT OF 5 based on the following measures - STORE HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS - No traces of dust, dirt or any other hygiene challenges found on any visit. STOCK AVAILABILITY AND EXPIRATION - Generally well-stocked with well-known brands in toiletries, OTC drugs, supplementary medications and other day-to-day general personal goods. ACCESSIBILITY - Easy to access the premises, although users with movement aids may have minor difficulty in entering the premises due to a single-sized entry door. No car parking due to double yellow lines but nearby at Cochran Street. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Staff approached were helpful and informed when asked questions on various medication and services. GP prescription service offered along with many other services including veterinary prescriptions, travel services, drug reviews and vaccinations.
