I posted a one star review yesterday because of an issue with medication that wasn?t delivered to me. A representative from head office phoned me today apologising for the issues I had and has assured me this won?t happen again. Prior to this I have had no issues receiving my medication. Thank you Lucy for contacting me today.

My wife attended the pharmacy on Monday 19th June to get a prescription that had been proscribed by the doctor she was told that they didn?t have this medication but they would order in and to come back in a couple of days to collect it, I returned on Thursday 22nd to be told that they had been an error and the medication had not been ordered on the Monday and apologised and assured me that the medication had now been order and could I please come back in a few day, today Saturday 24th June I returned and the medication was still not there, now I?ve been told that they can?t get hold that they can?t provide this medication at all without any explanation or apology just a shrug of shoulders this is totally unprofessional Bering in mind that my wife has done a full week without the medication she needs to address her pain and discomfort.
