First time I've used the order and collect service. Very pleased from start to finish. I ordered 2 currencies in one transaction, very easy to do and everything went as advised. I received both text and email the next day to advise my currency was ready to collect, earlier than my 2pm guarantee. Good selection on notes in both currencies, so happy with overall service and would use again.

Collect my currency on Tuesday. According to the receipt, we were served by Chrison. What a lovely guy, had a great chat about the surprisingly low cost of going to the Caribbean. Made the whole experience brilliant. Would recommend Eurochange. ?

I was served by a lovely young lad by the name of Joe today. He was really friendly, very informative and helpful ( as I?m new to all of this) and he counted out all of my money in front of me. Left feeling very confident I?d got the best rates and happy with my choice of bureau, overall just a great first experience with you guys. Will definitely be coming back here again.

We went into Newcastle Town centre shop within eldon Square to exchange money into euro got served by a great guy call Chris clearly knew his job very well explained about the travel card for our next coming holiday the service from him was very good

Fantastic service. Informative and friendly. A really easy and enjoyable experience. I went at approx 1.30 on Friday 7th July and the cashier was friendly on the onset. Her knowledge was so good and can't praise enough. Will use this shop again. Thanks

The exchange rate was good but, unlike other bureaux, Eurochange didn't automatically count out my Euro notes for me. The cashier did offer to do it but I thought this should have been done as standard rather than presenting me with a sealed packet. As far as I knew, the packet might have contained only Monopoly money.
