Took my phone for a warranty repair. Should have been a straightforward fix. The device had clearly failed because of manufacturing issues but EE refused outright. Claiming that some micro abrasions barely perceptible to the eye in the screen protector (they also didn?t affect the device operation or use in any way) meant it was out of warranty because those would also be fixed as part of the repair. Utterly ridiculous planning to close accounts and will never buy from again

Very friendly staff, took my phone to get repaired for a speaker problem, took longer than expected to get it back but parts needed to be ordered so id say its understandable, its also authorised by Samsung for all mobile repairs. Got my phone back and problem was solved and phone looked and worked exactly like it was from new.

Four of my friends and I walked into EE Eldon Square intending to buy the newly released Nintendo Switch 2.
Unfortunately, around seven employees were either sitting around chatting, playing on the display consoles or just staring at us blankly. I?ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life.
Not a single member of staff (including the manager) stood up or greeted us. It felt like walking into a room full of awkward teenagers with no social skills.
The entire interaction was top off nicely by one of the employees entire behind greeting customers when playing FIFA on the display consoles.

Google has a repair partnership with EE. My pixel pro 9 fold went blank and I approached EE Newcastle Eldon Square and they quoted £1410 to repair. I told them that the phone is still under warranty but they showed me a small sign of wear on the screen and tagged it as 'severe damage' which voided the warranty. It was a complete joke. These so called EE engineers are a disgrace. I then approached Google who quickly replaced the device under warranty. In a nutshell, don't trust EE engineers for warranty inquiries.

Been having issues for months and months.The picture breaking up had numerous guys here. To no avail but today we rang tech support and the tech guy was amazing. He looked at the Internet speed
it was 28 should be guaranteed 100. He rectified that got all our channels back as we had lost numours. His name was Phil. He reset everything cannot thank him enough. Thanks so much Phil great customer service.

We were in yesterday to update our phones and inform of other electronic equipment such as TV and DVD etc, when we were served by a very Helpful and knowledgeable young man named Rish. He was exceedingly helpful, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He really put our minds at Rest and Helped us thoroughly. Many Thanks Rish. Much appreciated.

Sales are bad. Tried their best to sell be a cheap phone with a high contract price. £150 phone for almost £50 per month for 24 months.

The mall itself is great it?s the security staff they hire well certain ones that follow my relative around that I care for by the way by betraying him to be a thief when he isn?t just because there is someone that they say looks like him makes them believe it?s my relative. My relative has many health issues wears dark tinted glasses and a cap 24/7 because he suffers with light sensitive epilepsy he also has many other disabilities it?s the 3rd time myself and relative have been followed and the 3rd time there?s been complaints put in with no actual response or anything until today after speaking to a nice woman who is actually going to call a meeting to sort it out well fingers crossed and it doesn?t happen again to us or other people who they believe who are thief?s

2 Hour Repair - Nope!
After spending nearly 3 weeks attempting to get an appointment here online (none available ever), trying to call (nobody ever answers) I finally turned up to get my Samsung phone repaired.
Was booked in and charged as phone is out of warranty, waited 2 hours just to return to the store to be told they have 'IT issues' so my phone won't be repaired today after all and certainly not within 2 hours.
My advice, avoid at all costs. Fraudulently advertising a 2 hour repair is scandalous.
