I can?t say enough good things about Emma. In the past 12 months I have visited the Northumberland Street store on several times and Emma has always without fail provided a caring, respectful service with smile. When EE systems or other members of Staff have failed deliver, she has always got the problem resolved without breaking a sweat and she has reassured on. The ambiance Emma creates is always inviting and comfortable. Along with Caitlin Barlow, Emma is my person go-to - the best in the business. Marc Allera and his fellow Directors need to reduce their pay and bonus and give it to Emma and Colleagues.

Rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff, also in breach of GDPR guidelines by hand writing down my personal information in view of other customers. The staff in this store were unable to process a very simple request for a replacement sim card on my account.

Can usually get a good service from EE staff. My issue was that I was kept waiting at reception with no acknowledgement of my presence or advise as to how long I would need to wait even though staff were aware I was there. My nearest EE shop is 20 miles away and I need to think carefully as to whether I would change providers should this happen again.

We recently went to EE to fix the contracts of multiple phones. We were served by Faith who quickly dealt with each contract and told us exactly what we were being provided with. Usually on the phone it has taken hours to get through to someone and explain the issue we want resolving however, with Faith we were in and out within the hour and were able to continue with the rest of our day - thank you Faith!

My 2 year contract on my EE handset was due for renewal on 06/05/2024 - I decided to go investigate my options at the Northumberland street store - having a nearly perfect IPhone 13 Pro from my previous contract I decided a SIM only plan was best for me - so I asked to see the options for SIMO?s which I never got to see because the representative was adamant that I need to have the brand new IPhone 15 pro max paying £80 per month for 24 months when my contract that had just ended was £51.50per month? I said ?no thank you i?m fine for a handset - I?d like to see sim only deals? to which his reply was ?trust me a brand new handset is better value for money? I again tried to explain that my current phone was nearly perfect and I just wanted to see SIMs by which point he completely lost interest in me as a customer and started flicking through Instagram on his phone.
I called up EE and got a SIMO contract for 12 months - 125gb data, unlimited minutes and texts and FREE European roaming for £15 per month.
If you?re reading this and your contract is due save yourself the hassle and just ring up you?ll get a much better service than what this store provides.

I've recently ended a contract with EE as I'd had enough of the fact my phone kept dropping calls and when someone tried calling me back I had to quickly enter my 4 digit pin number which no one should ever have to do to answer a call the whole thing is trash I've had my number transferred to another company and ended my contract with EE I'll have to pay an early exit fee which is just under three hundred pounds it actually could be more they said. I rang my son today I took out a EE sim card for him in 2022, I made myself clear to EE that I wanted his sim to continue for now he's not had anywhere near the same problems as me mine was a mobile contract and guess what EE have stopped my son from making calls and sending messages my son has very bad anxiety problems so Thank you very much EE for cutting my son off his only way to communicate I've been intouch with another company and arranged to have a sim card sent out tomorrow, No nothing to do with EE at all, his sim contract doesn't end until July 2024 but guess what I'm ending it tomorrow I've had enough!!!!! Everyone please be careful it doesn't matter how many customers have a contract with EE there is certainly going to be e very high number of those customers who are having major problems with their phone all EE offer is to wipe the device it does nothing they did this with my own phone disgraceful.
