Got a southern fried chicken baguette with me and my cousin we were enjoying our food when one of us found a dead bee in our portion of chips we told the lady that was serving they said that was not possible and they start blaming it on me and threatened to ban us from the restaurant Im am absolutely traumatised I?m never coming back again

The staff are very friendly and professional, always nice to see them having one-to-one interactions with visitors.The food is on par with the other takeaway places around Northumberland Street but is a little bit cheaper so it's the best option.The place is a bit small admittedly but it at least adds a homelier vibe to eating in.Would recommend

Usually a regular till today! I got 5 chicken nuggets with friers got to the bottom of the friers and there was a black flee on the bottom of the trays they give you. I'm coming to complain once I finish work absolutely

I have been here numerous times with my partner as an easy lunch option. You'd think that the cheaper prices mean a lower quality of food, but this couldn't be further from the truth. The menu is varied and each item is tasty in its own right. I highly recommend the loaded fries - they are surprisingly decadent!The premises are small and can get rightly packed considering how popular this place is. The tables are a little close together and the tall seats aren't the most comfortable either. They could definitely do with a slightly larger customer floor space. However, this being said, the place is generally pretty clean and has a bright, modern feel to it. The staff are lovely and very professional, can't fault them. Overall, superb choice for breakfast or pick l lunch.

Good place to grab quick bite to eat.Nice food at moderate price, not as cheap as it used to be and no toilets now. Need toilets when you eat and drink in a place, that's my opinion anyway.Staff aren't friendly, your served and that's it no friendliness or smiles.you do get served quite quickly. Clean enough and few tables and chairs to sit at.Get local bus into town or metro to monument or haymaket to Northumberland streetWould go back and family and friends already visit x

Used to enjoy grabbing a bite too eat from here, now the food isn't even worth it, often times they use left overs or give you another persons order who didn't pay for it, so your left with a food item that has ingredients in it which can completely ruin the food.Mean who even puts coleslaw inside of a tuna panini??? Absolutely rancid.They are better places to eat, only go here ever the food is fresh, again it is rare to have anything from here fresh!

Got delivery and they got my order wrong. I ordered chocolate cake and got a very dry and hard red velvet cake.My wrap was chicken and bacon that was just a sandwich filler that was served warm no cheese, no salad just a premade sandwich filler.Loaded chips were also cold. Won?t be hurrying back. Also charger £1.70 for a can of Pepsi.
