Brilliant service today at Dreams, at Royal Quays, North Shields. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Diane, who was so friendly and helpful. My Mam was looking for a new bed, and we'd really only popped in to browse. Diane made us, especially Mam, feel really comfortable, offered drinks and time to discuss options, and Mam was offered the sleep match bed to try, great idea!!
Diane guided us around suitably matched options, and really gave us time to try out the beds, along with a test pillow, so we could find the bed Mam wanted. Mam was so happy with the service, she bought a bed, mattress and pillows that day!

Visited the store with my partner and toddler about 2/3 weeks ago. Desperately needed a new bed, pillows, mattress basically everything as our backs have been in agony for a while. Lisa went above and beyond to help us, very insightful and also the patience of a saint (along with her colleague) as a we had a very tired toddler with us causing mayhem, apologies ladies. But a massive thanks to Lisa for helping us choose our new items, we really appreciate all your help. We can?t wait for our new bed and mattress to arrive in a couple of weeks, we managed to get the pillows straight away and they?re like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you

Visited today and had 5* experience from the moment we entered the store with no pressure to buy anything the staff were so lovely and very helpful. we purchased a new mattress and got exactly what we wanted at a good price.
