Two times we found hair in my pizza and ones it was fresh at all and abvious they changed another pizza to my order. It was like someone didn't take a pizza so they returned it to the shop and changed the topping to becomes my order. I never had any problems with any other Domino's store, only this one!

Ordered 3 pizzas from this store tonight, only to open the boxes to find one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings. Despite there being no mushrooms in the order, one pizza had mushrooms all over it, which one of us is highly allergic to. When we rang the store to rectify this issue, the staff member seemed completely disinterested and annoyed when we asked for our correct order to be remade and distributed. Unprofessional and a lack of basic customer service skills.

This isn?t my first time trying Domino?s pizza, so I can confidently say this one wasn?t the best. It?s edible, but definitely not worth over £20. The vegan salami, in particular, tastes like cardboard.

This is terrible service since I?m Indian they just hung up on me thinking it was a prank call so that night we didn?t eat till 10pm this unbelievable and racism.

I ordered a pizza tonight. It had a huge hair in it!! I could have thrown up. I rang the shop, total confusion. Such poor understanding. They suggested there was no history of my previous orders, I have ordered many times from this shop. I had wrapped the hair in kitchen roll, but unfortunately knocked it on to the floor and couldn?t find it again.
Was offered another pizza which I 100% refused and I will never ever get one again.
They hung up without saying Bye or anything. No refund.

Absolutely disgusting we rang several times about non receipt of order. Couldn't understand the man in charge and he was no help. Couldn't find order then .miraculously found it said he would send it with a free item . Still waiting after 24 hours . Kept putting tbe phone down . Absolutely disgusting service. Should be shut down .
Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten intolerance. Wouldn't trust them to deliver that . Absolutely vile

Was given wrong order, told to call back on same number, upon call back I've been fobbed off for over an hour straight, kept getting told to call back in 5-10 mins, eventually they just stopped answering
Been back on phone with the supposed manager, raising his voice shouting, telling me I need to give him the details I've already given him multiple times, very arrogant and honestly did not even seem like the manager.
Horrendous experience, still haven't gotten my food as in the end he just hung up

So, I ordered 2 pizza?s late a couple of days ago they arrived on time no problem with the driver he was chatty and happy! When we opened the boxes they were the wrong pizza?s. We tried them as it was late also I understand these things happen. Unfortunately we didn?t like them not going to say what they were as that might put people off. I called the shop to see if we could sort something out however the connection kept going off?.I called into the shop last night to advise what had happened and honestly I couldn?t have asked for any better service. All theee people I spoke to were polite, kind and very understanding and apologetic. The manager and I came to an understanding were we were both happy!Thank you very much for listening and being extremly professional!Gary.

Delivered to wrong address. Put the phone down multiple times. Spent £30 and received nothing. Rude and vile staff who accused us of getting the wrong address. We knocked on our neighbours door and they knew nothing. Delivery app tracker said it was on the street across from us and never came down our road. Lied about saying the rang. Nothing of the sort. Poor service poor delivery and rude staff

Been ordering here for about 3 years now every so often, mid-tier pizza but usually you get what you pay for and I like the sides so not too bad.Ordered a pizza today and it might have been the greasiest pizza I have ever seen, ate one slice before almost throwing up, still have an awful taste in the back of my throat and just taste an absurd about of grease in my throat.Called to ask for a refund and the service was confusing, had no idea what the person was saying, didn't understand what I was saying either. Was put on hold and took about 5 minutes to get my point across that I just wanted a refund and not a new pizza.They organised someone to pick up the pizza I had (for quality check I imagine) which did happen and was fine. Haven't been refunded yet though so hopefully I get the money back soon.Won't be ordering here again though, was an absolutely disgusting pizza and service was just disappointing.
