I was looking forward to this meal but honestly I?m disgusted in this. My self my wife and daughter and spent £35 one 3 meals and doughnuts & 3 garlic dips.My wife and daughter had the burger meals which the chicken was cold and I had the chicken strips which where cold and the 3 garlic dips where fermented and the Doughnuts where stale tooThe best part of the meal was the cold drinks and the chips and popcorn chicken the rest was disgusting!! And the best laugh was the staff member bragging about the 5 star hygiene score which is out of date by 7 days today ( it ran out 14th march 2024 )

Food will be luke warm or cold, things will be missing from your order or even better you just won't get you order and when you ask for it they get angry and tell you they are busy and just to wait even though you placed your order before other people, they pour the excess sauces down the drains in the back lane, I can go

Called in for a quick lunch while working in area, ordered the quarter pounder with chips, In the 40 minutes it took to be made, the 2 scruffy looking guys were on their phones, chatting, served 3 customers before I got my burger, one had filthy marigolds on, the other bare hands never washed them while I was there almost an hour, scratched his beard and head s few times on his phone, serious health and safety issues, food tasted disgusting, cheap skinny undercooked burger, chips were inedible. Will never eat there again, both were quite ignorant, didn't speak or say thanks, or bye wen i left.

Really bad, I think the owners have changed! I asked for a sizzler burger and he said no only classic and I asked for 3 burgers and he goes only 2 so I told him off and they were too lazy to make food and were arguing in the back it?s disgusting behaviour and I?m surprised they still are

Bought chicken and fries and the chicken tasted slimy and had an after taste of fish!!!Clearly dirty oil is being used here, I was unwell afterwards, was very tempted to call food standards.Avoid if you value your health.

I have just ordered two sizzler wings boxes for £29 from Dixy Chicken Chillingham Road using Uber Eats. I was standing outside the door with my kids minutes before the order was to arrive and tracking the delivery man Yeibiyo on his bicycle. Suddenly my order changed to delivered and he was nowhere in sight. My house is really easy to find and I've had orders from Dixy Chicken in the past. I have then called Dixy Chicken and the person I spoke to said he was really busy and to contact Uber Eats. I chatted with Uber Eats on their app and I am to wait 12 hours for an investigation. Is this how it works? I starve? And then spend hours trying to get a refund all because I ordered food? I am pained sincerely. Deeply pained.

Worst experience of my life ordering food last night, decided to order dixy on just eat don?t know why as I always prefer to ring places direct, nearly 2 hours later and 2 phone calls no food they decided to turn up 2 hours later (the shop not just eat) 4 fries and 2 boxes of rotten soggy chicken no pop 3 meals ordered n the shop never even bothered to get it right. Don?t waste your money they don?t care they just want your money place needs shut down just sent what they wanted disgraceful
