It was an absolutely dreadful experience. First off: I got shouted at from one of the employees because I was having a difficult time to understand what they were saying. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for my food to come. And then the food was absolutely horrible. I am never coming back to this place.

I had a really bad experience at Dixy Chicken recently. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, so I came in after 25 minutes ? and it still wasn?t ready. When I asked about it, the guy behind the counter, Saad (wearing glasses), was extremely rude. Instead of explaining the delay, he snapped, ?Do you still want it or not? If you don?t want, go then.? That?s not how you speak to customers.
On top of that, his English was poor and it was hard to understand him. It?s clear the new staff don?t know how to deal with customers properly. The owner, Jamal, needs to step in and sort this out before he starts losing regulars like me. If this is the kind of service Dixy is offering now, I won?t be coming back.

Missing pizza
When I tried to inquire they hung up on me TWICE told me I was a basically liar!
And to top it off it looks like someone already tasted the chicken for me.
Disgusting customer service will not order again.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this takeaway. The man at the reception, who was wearing glasses, was quite disrespectful and did not communicate properly. He used inappropriate language and didn't seem to have a basic understanding of how to speak to customers respectfully. It felt like he might be new to the UK, but that's no excuse for poor manners. Customer service should always be a priority, and unfortunately, that was clearly lacking here.

Customer service is weak and atmosphere is always rubbish in Heaton chillingham road same goes for many of these franchises one of the worst takeaway food in the country best thing they sell mini burgers but prices up on them now

Since the change of staff the food the service is really bad i tried to make a collection the guy who answered the phone made me wait more than 20 minutes also second time i made an order which was a simple pizza and it wasent ready they put it in when i got there also the service and the attitude was unacceptable wont be coming back

I got 2 mini fillet burgers, the chicken fillets were just warm and very hard and the bread rolls were stale never again just went in the bin ??

This is one shop that can never get its timing right, if they say 15 minutes they mean 1hour food dry & ALWAYS miss something out. Never Again. Used to go at least once a month.

I ordered chicken wings and chips with burger fillet only to discover that the chicken wasn't cooked properly. It had blood on it and I rang them and one staff with India accent was making fun of me on the phone. This is so wrong when I have a proof and this is the second time this is happening. Very unprofessional and I'm disappointed. I will never order from here again. Disgusting customer service.
