“We had excellent service from Julie (Hefferin) at the Newcastle Airport branch. We'd been having issues transferring money between our bank's debit card and the Travelex card. Working with the bank on the end of the telephone, it took about an hour but we got there and I just wanted to recognise Julie's help.”
“I was in your store tonight which was my first time in a supermarket since last Monday and obviously since the lockdown. It was a bit surreal and strange seeing it so quiet and having to queue to get in but you could tell that you were doing everything you could to make sure people were safe even though it was a bit scary. You could see the baskets being sanitised before going back and staff taking all the extra precautions! ”
