Really kind and friendly staff! Super helpful when I had dropped a drink and burnt myself; I'm autistic and so became easily overwhelmed but the staff were lovely and really understanding! Replaced my item with no problem too :)

Staff were extremely helpful when I asked for a gluten free hot chocolate, and brought out allergen guide, and thoroughly cleaned the machinery and gave me brand new cutlery and glassware. Felt very accommodated for!

I asked for a caramel latte, but what I got was a side order of attitude. The barista?small lad, beard like a pencil sketch, glasses that scream ?overconfidence??rolled his eyes when I asked for oat milk, and then said, ?You know it?s extra, right?? like I hadn?t paid for emotional baggage before.
He spent more time talking to his coworkers than making drinks, and when I asked for a napkin, he said, ?They?re over there.? Over WHERE, king of vague directions?
Honestly, I came for caffeine, not condescension.
? would?ve been 0, but at least the cup had a lid.

Had 2 meetings there and it was perfect. Our team could sit comfortably. You don't feel like you're impacting others. Great vibe.

Nice place. Near to unis variety food. In sunny days you can have ur food/drinks outside.

It is a clean and spacious caffe. The price is descent, similar to the other caffe. There are various menu, including breads, cookies, cakes, and soft drinks. The staffs are nice and lovely.

I was in here yesterday with my daughter and granddaughter and the server Jamie went above and beyond for us my granddaughter has a baby chino in a sit in mug which she isn't used to and Jamie switched it to a to go cup for her not a lot for most people but meant the world to her ?

I don't have a problem with the shop it self it's the standards not having tables cleared and cleaned as i had to ask twice then done it myself but it's not the first time it's happened but it surely will be my very last time short staffed or not i pay for a service..?
