Nice enough store layout and design. Good meeting point and free carpark. Staff seemed distant and hardly had time to listen to your order. Probably the worst toastie I?ve ever eaten. Wet damp tasting and plates long past their best with deep scratches. Unhygienic.
I won?t be back, total waste of money.

The reason why I put a 1 star today was hilarious. I enter the the costa at 10 minutes until close and as I enter I say ill just be getting a 'free birthday treat' which means that's the only I'd be getting. Then they tell me to wait at the place where the treats are, then they tell me wait 2 minutes, only just to tell me 3 minutes later, sorry we're closed, which was at 7:54 when they close at 8:00. Thanks.

Friendly staff, clean & maintained. Good place to pop in to read your book with a cup of fabulous coffee or meet up with friends :)

Have gone here on a regular basis. However today, whilst we were already sitting by a lovely quiet dog, which sat under the table, a man came in with a wet smelly dog & sat directly behind us. The smell was overwhelming & consequently we didn't order food to have with a second cuppa.
Its a food cafe. Not really conducive for pets. However, I appreciate that some owners want their dogs with them, but I would suggest having a section for solely for them. We got rid of smoking smells, we don't need the whiff of dogs whilst eating!

Been here many times but never on Sunday. Just seemed a bit more noisy, hence why I have only given 4?
Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese and ham toastie. Very tasty ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access with no clutter, near the door
