While I usually love the service in this cafe, today I witnessed your employee today (09:25) truly trashing a customer (that was sitting inside) on his headset to other colleagues whilst making drinks for other customers.No matter the reason for your anger, please never do this as it leaves every other customer listening to you, looking at eachother and wondering if we're going to be the next subject of a tirade. I heard him say, he doesn't care about a bad review - so please use this feedback opportunity to be more tactful in the future. You can do better. The coffee was excellent so thank you for that.

Will never visit my local Costa again as one of the members of staff was SO rude. Didn?t use her manners at all. Saturday morning, a girl with dark curly hair.
She made me the wrong drink by an accident and was extremely grumpy. She was then very condescending when I asked for a straw. If you?re in a customer service role you need to provide customer service.
I felt that I was a nuisance which isn?t right.

Standard chain rubbish. Coffees are good but don't waste your time with the food. Crazy priced for what little you get. If you're looking at this coffee shop there is better locally.

Fab experience!
I have visited a couple of times during this week for a drive-thru experience after my eat-in last week for the first time. It was quite busy yet well managed by the staff. We're definitely gonna visit this costa more often as my kids love their cold drinks. Staff was very friendly and calm even though it was packed during my visits.
Parking: We have never had any issues with parking. There are always a lot of parking spaces available.
Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of sitting areas inside and outside. Kids can have fun sitting in the corner area on high stools with viewing windows.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is easily accessible for wheelchair users. You might find it a bit difficult to wait in a queue to order and turn around as there's not much space, but it's not something you'd find impossible. Otherwise, no issues!

As i was passing the thought of a costa drawn me in could have easierly done the drive through but inside looked more inviting and had a bit time before next appointment swrved quickly and smiles all round and as i had an americano i needed the cream so served in little jug only a medium but it hit the spot and atmosphere
was good been before and think same ladies work there all polite and speed was there thing a few in the queue after me and drive through was busy it just seemed to flow and disappear within minutes most impressed

Never go back to the store again waited 5 minutes and got half of the cup, really paying £4 for half a cup of coffee!!!!!!

Costa at Westerhope is fab. The staff are great, always smiling and helpful.
