Sent my xbox elite series 2 pad with D&G in for damages I couldn’t describe, they had it a few days. And to my surprise my pad comes back in a incredible condition. A credit to the repair crew.

Worst company sent many controllers claimed to be fixed never did fix the issue until I got a new replacement, they lie about what's excesses damage is also probably do this to still get paid joke of a company

Fantastic service provided. Repair organised by Domestic and General. Very quick turn around, with updates regarding the repair. The company even repaired the game chip slot which was broken as an extra when this hadn't even been reported. Would recommend highly.
