Staff packing expired meat , I made a grocery order through Uber and they delivered expired meat.

Very angry at the ignorance shown by staff especially when you ask for something, one member of staff that's always on the till absolutely stinks of sweat and I'm not the only one to notice it, the woman who bakes the pastries must have been a bricklayer in a previous life as she hasn't a clue about cooking, honestly the pastries are so pale and sad looking, if you don't believe me then go see for yourself and if you experience what I've listed leave them a genuine review

Terrible take your money for delivery don't show up no message or any correspondence.Called the store they lied said all deliveries were sent out.Phoned customer service now have to wait for a refund .

Been shopping here for years. But it really is not worth the effort now. The layout of the store, they narrowed the aisles some time ago to fit in an extra aisle and it really doesn?t work. They always have delivery trollies piled several deep and its impossible to get to the shelves. Been in today and wanted flowers, boxed chocolates and to use the cashpoint. I was unable to do any of this. I know they are having Christmas deliveries but it is like this most of the time and seems to lack organisation and someone in charge. What is the point in having all this stock if customers cant access the goods. Also their self service checkout area is filthy.

Can't fault them... Missed my delivery which was my own fault... They went above and beyond to get my delivery to me... Amazing customer service

This little co op is very convenient, but the security guard is the one I have a problem with. I've been regularly coming to this co op for about 3 years since I've moved into the area, and every time I go into this co op with my kids he always follows me like am going to steal something. If this happens next time I will be putting a complain in. There are people that probably get away with nicking items as hes to busy keeping a eye on me!!
