Went into Clarks Eldon Square this afternoon with my husband to buy a pair of boots. We were served by Neha with the fabulous eyelashes. She was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left with our new boots. The boots are great. This is my second pair, as I had worn my old pair for about two years and they were on their last legs. But they are very good quality, comfy and practical. Thank you so much Neha and the team at Clarks Eldon Square for the fantastic shopping experience. You are the best!! :-)

Great service from my initial purchase.
I had to exchange due to a fault - but again, service received was friendly, professional and exchanged swiftly with the help of Neha and Tracey.

Visited Eldon Square branch with my wife for footwear today.
Since having foot surgery last December my wife has had major problems getting footwear to fit.
Massive shout out goes to Peter for his understanding, knowledge of products and patience.
After trawling lots of stores and more packages delivered to our home than I care to count Peter come up with the goods.

Absolutely fantastic,I called in at the store this morning in Eldon Square because there was a small fault on one of my shoes which I hadn't long bought. I didn't have the receipt but the gentleman still allowed me to exchange the shoes he was very professional and politeI have bought shoes from this store for many many years. I will keep buying shoes from this store as well.The staff were very friendly as they always are and helpful I didn't have any problems in getting the shoes exchanged I'm very grateful for this as I know that they sell good quality shoes that Clark's sell I just want everyone who sees this post to know what a great shop to buy from.I'm a very happy customer.
