Somewhat this place hits differently after 9pm. You get actual hot food not warm or cold. Brilliant fries and nice crispy nuggets, and? it?s less than £10 for a meal per person.

I used the app Too Good to Go to get a surprise bag from Chicken Cottage when I arrived to the restaurant, the staff told me that they don?t work any more with the app because they don?t get the money. I already paid and the value of that bag was £12 and I got just 4 mini wings nothing else. Very disappointed with the service and the ?deal?

Have been a customer here (daughter likes it) in the past and was ok however this time I've had to collect a "to good to go surprise bag". Two members of staff present both unfamiliar with this program and abruptly told me "no brother this isn't from this shop". At this point the older looking staff mumbled something to the younger one and agrees to fulfill this order for which I have pre-paid. Joking and laughing between them and mumbling something. Felt extremely bad and uncomfortable. To good to go was created to save waste and it is NOT PITY customers pay for the items
