Unfortunately it was closed at mentioned opening times and been told to wait 5 more minutes while it being a coffe place and it?s important to be open on time as I won?t be waiting for 10 minutes for a coffe after mentioned opening times

Very Slow, good job we were not in a hurry. Took over 39 minutes to get served. The two Batista's were the slowest I have ever come across in any coffee shop. The whole set up was slow, as they were taken orders and then making the drinks

Nothing wrong with cafe section. It's the toilets that I'm complaining about. The toilet was mixed sex and there was a waiting section inside for people waiting to use toilet. The issues I had with this are that a man could be waiting there to attack a women or lone child. This toilet door was locked so customers had to use the disabled toilet. Both toilet areas stank of urine. The toilet floor in the disabled toilet was awash with urine along with the toilet seat. Bloody disgusting expecting women to share toilet with men who have aim issues and are a potential risk to females who go in alone.

darn exspensive coffee no better than other shops i regular get my coffee here if i can get a discount otherwise its out of my league usually get a stamp on my loyalty card however was told they have changed the rules because my discount this time was to great so i could not get my loyalty card stamped i do from the app sometimes get discounts looks like shop just wants big spenders.Think iwill be more regular at weatherspoons who have a good selection with free refills.?

Really enjoyed my trip to neros, i was served by the gentleman with the mullet, he was so much help when he was taking my order and i didnt feel rushed at all! After explaining the drinks to me i went for a white chocolate mocha and a serving of the raspberry crumble, it was delicious!Definitely will be back:)

Place is filthy, waited over 5 minutes stood at a table for someone to come wipe it down and remove previous customers tray, ended up moving it myself. Drinks were not good, two different iced lattes, both absolutely dreadful, ended up leaving them. Not impressed at all. Almost £10 on two pathetic excuses of coffees!

Seating is well spaced out = less seats = good. Coffee was excellent once we got a seat. It seemed to be popular with students who had long since finished consuming (their own sandwiches).
