Staff are lovely and always helpful but management is rubbish. In the last month they had closures due to staff shortage. Also sometimes they say takeaway only because of short staff. It is an ongoing problem of this store.

I just ordered the iced pistachio latte from Deliveroo and when it came almost all the contents had spilled out from the cup and it was spilling out the bag onto the carpet. By the time I cleaned it up there was only a sip left. The lid used had a hole in it for drinking which I don?t understand since the drink came with a straw. I am very disappointed and upset as I was looking forward to this drink after a day of stressful working. I will not be ordering from cafe Nero again.

Met some old friends at Cafe Nero. Smiling, friendly service, excellent coffee and tea.
I enjoyed a lovely cream bun.

Unfortunately not decent coffee! They have to be trained what?s the difference between cappuccino and flat white. I?ve had flat white but it was frothed more than cappuccino.

Cannot make a decent coffee and gets snappy when we asked to make a fresh one. Very weak coffee and very watery latte. £4 for a cup of hot water stirred with a coffee spoon.

Nice staff, decent drinks, need to keep one member at front though rather than have them all working away on drinks allowing queue to build up.
Parking: Parking is at nearby carparks then walking along the high street to the place.
