I placed an order on Uber eat but somehow I made a mistake on my address and the delivery guy couldn?t help cancel the order saying he had already received it I tried severally for a way to cancel but nothing work, I lost my money as you guys didn?t have any way for me to get refunded and the delivery guy was clue and unhelpful he left my order in the middle of no where after I told him to return it. This is unacceptable and this was my first purchase from Burger King and this will be my last my order number was A8BF2. Lesson learnt honestly I should have save my money

The Arrogance of the un-namebadged man behind the counter (middle aged and not much hair) was unbelievable. To ignore customers asking for assistance and to arrogantly speak to folk the way he does is quite frankly a rotten example of anyone in a customer facing role.I politely asked how long a meal might take as I had a train to catch and was given the most rude and blunt response, maybe Burger King ought to look at who they are putting in customer facing roles prior to offering them a uniform to represent a brand.

Attended around 1.15pm yesterday. Friendly service, no delay in receiving my order. Tables and inside quite clean. One customer hogging a table for 4 for more than an hour but was not eating and seemingly only using it for own purposes/laptop etc. Fresh hot chips amd onion rings though my burger was cold (but edible). Noise as expected within a busy train station and cold breeze through door. Too many pigeons in outside seating area. I would use this BK again as it's better than the one I tried in Mentrocentre.

It?s hard to enjoy the service while the person serving you has his bum half hanging out and isn?t wearing gloves while touching your food with bare hands. Also about 20 minutes wait for ?fast food? not really practical for a train station

I must say the chips and sauce were alright but the system to edit my burger was completely ridiculous , I could not understand how to get the cheese out my burger and proceeded to pay £12 pound for a burger, small fries , bbq sauce and a water which the water was stale too! How do you even get stale water?! Apart from the rest, the atmosphere was alright I guess .
