Had a great experience with delivery, they accommodated my schedule and moved all my items up the stairs into my first floor flat without issue (even my three piece sectional!) for only £25.

If I could give 0 star ? I would say so, bought American Fridge freezer next week delivered, the driver left it outside because he said it won't fit the front door,,left Fridge outside overnight,my pregnant friend who bought and paid to be delivered safely and straight in the house, staffs needs more training about customer service.

Far too expensive. If they want to raise money for their charity, they should charge appropriate prices and avoid selling second hand items for higher prices than they can be purchased brand new. I'm sure their revenue and therefore the funding for their research would benefit greatly from better thought-out pricing structures and policies.

Re: Shields Road Store m, Byker, Newcastle upon TyneFurnishings and electrical goods are far too expensive. Sofas and 3 piece suits are outrageously priced as are electrical goods. A lot of the people who this shop are on very low incomes and as most of the goods are donated and some of the staff are volunteers , I think this particular shop should be more mindful of the community around this particular area.

Said they?d take furniture (phoned up in advance) so a van was hired to take it there, for them to then reject it. Wasted time and money!

I went onto their website (15th August) to book a time when they could collect dining furniture from my home. There were no dates available until 18th, so I booked for then. An alternative date - which they ask for - was seemingly ok for the 19th.I made the two bookings, only to receive a call soon after, saying that they couldn't come till the 26th. Therefore I cancelled, needing to clear the items in order to have enough room for my new ones.What annoys me is that if they couldn't pick up until 8 days after my choices, why did they have those dates available in the first place.Totally amateurish.

Just went in have look around see any bargains they are expensive with second hand furniture one staff ok she's nice lady ! But they need have new manager in she's right mislabelle woman l will not be going back the settees they are selling its behond a joke expensive and tables are all scratch they call them selfs a good shop they need knock there prices down a lot u can buy new stuff much cheaper on line the things they sell its load off junk and the manager in that shop needs to be replace by another manager l would sack the manager and l would drop the furniture prices down everything down in price lot off people out there are struggling on esa benefits on the dole and poor families struggling trying get furniture things for a home and poor families have children havent got nothing u call this a good charity shop are u having a laugh the furniture they sell its behond the joke 2 expensive the settees in they well over price and rest off the furniture are scratch again the management needs take a good hard look at them selfs u are not a charity shop if u were you should drop your prices down a lot u get them free donations all u do is pick them up that doesn't cost much in petrol u have staff work in there for free they need stop been a gready company heartfoundaiton help the people who needs they need a new manager in there fix the prices what people can afford stop been so gready company

Arranged a furniture collection but when they came to collect claimed they couldn't get it out of the same door it had been delivered through ! Someone is going to miss out on some quality furniture, and the charity will lose out on the money. Won't donate to them again - very poor service.
