If you are renting through these people make sure you take photos of absolutely everything as they will try to take your eyes out with fake damage and redecoration charges!! Even trying to charge me for the removal of items the landlord had left! Issues reported and nothing done about it. Would never use again!

Georgia and Louise were great! They helped us find a flat and sorted all the paperwork so we could pick up the keys within a week. They were very quick to respond to emails and any queries we had! We cannot fault them!

The team at Bridgfords have been absolutely outstanding. A big move for us as we relocate from Leamington Spa to the North East, but we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.From the very beginning they made us feel very welcome and were extremely kind to our black labrador (Lucy) giving her lots of love and fuss, and giving her water etc. Apologies but cannot remember the lady's name, (She lives in Washington) but she was most kind and always made us and Lucy feel very much at home.Gregg and his team are totally professional at all times, nothing was ever too much trouble for them and we felt totally confident, at every stage, that they were aiming to get things done for us to the highest standards.Georgia has also been most kind and helpful, her knowledge base and expertise was outstanding. She always aimed to provide us with accurate answers; was communicative on both sides (With us and the landlord), the requests that we made were completed to an outstanding level. Poor Georgia had to wait for us to arrive (Nearly an hour late) as we got held up in traffic on moving day. When we did arrive she was nothing but good humoured and totally understanding about our situation. She then sorted everything for us on the actual moving day. Gregg was able to handle to financial side of this and made the whole process really easy and straightforward. We always felt totally relaxed with both Gregg and GeorgiaWe have dealt with estate agents in the past. We have been very lucky with all of them, We have to say though, that the whole team at Bridgfords have been the best we have ever dealt with. We feel incredibly privileged and fortunate to deal with this team and would recommend them to anybody unreservedly.Thank you again Team. You are all absolutely fabulous.Jonathan, Claire and Lucy

Use these guys for a tenant only find for a few years now easy to deal with and get me a new tenant very quickly. Only recommendation is you need more phone staff :)

Every member of the team I have dealt with (Louise, Gregg and Stephanie) in relation to renting my property, have been fantastic, as well as extremely helpful and knowledgable. They have made the process as easy as possible. I wouldn?t use anyone else and recommend them to anyone!
