This Agent has truly unbeatable customer service They deliver 5stars on all occasions and at any time of the day from selling team, mortgage advisors down to every phone call you receive from them. I dealt with few agencies before who weren't bad at all but Bridgfords delivers through every single employee and that outshines the rest really. AVOID!! A viewing was arranged for me and I received a call in the morning confirming the time. I waited for 15 minutes at the property but no one was there to do the viewing. I called Bridgfords but no one picked up so I sent an email and left a voicemail asking what had happened and I?ve heard nothing since. A complete waste of my time and a very unpleasant way to be treated.

Recently I rented a 3bhk from Bridgfords. I do like to share my experience with this agency. From the start till the date I moved in, the experience was worth mentioning. Mr Ibrar Yakoob was the staff we dealt with and he was there for us with all the support.Mr Ibrar was professional and friendly and he made all the procedures easy and simple.The house was very neat and tidy and the team Bridgfords did a good job. Once again hats off to Mr Ibrar and team Bridgfords to this wonderful house.

Amazing service and professionalism from Ibrar & Jack at Bridgefords. They instantly found me some great tenants within a short period of time. Unreal communication and customer service from Ibrar as he kept me updated everyday as to what was going on and what needed to be completed on my end. We have used Bridgfords in Gosforth for letting our properties for quite a few years now and they provide an excellent service. Polite, friendly and always on the ball with everything.
