I don?t know about other people but I never carry a wallet with cards and cash because using Apple or Google pay is so convenient. So please, excuse me for being a little frustrated at having to have a ?physical? card to pay for items, from the late night pharmacy service offered by Boots in Kingston Park. When you have a very sick child and you are really trying to support NHS ?pharmacy first? initiatives and you have to drag your sick child out to go to the pharmacy, then back home, to get a physical card, then back to the pharmacy and back home again because the sick child can?t be left home alone or doesn?t want to be without their parent, when they feel so ill. I have always rated Boots but this is a significant downfall from a normally reputable and fantastic store/brand.

I popped in here hoping to pick up some over the counter medication. Nobody mans the medicine side of the department, they focus solely on prescriptions. I'm not waiting over half an hour to make a transaction that will take two minutes. Why are all Boots stores like this? Terrible service.

Waiting 10 days for text saying my prescription was ready called in today and pharmacy closed apparently staff h a very walked out told to contact GP for new prescription why were we not informed of this y GP had not been informed

Terrible. They gave me 1/3 of the quantity of my prescription without telling me any reason or ask me to come back for the rest. They told me I would receive a text message when the prescription is ready but never received one and ended up going there 3 times to pick it up, they also don?t answer calls most often.

The pharmacy in side of boots is the best one I have been to, the staff are friendly and great, plus always have a smile on there faces.

Tried to use my boots advantage card points to buy a bottle for formula only to be told that points cannot be redeemed on formula, I find this to be discriminatory against formula feeding parents. Not everyone can breastfeed! I will be taking this matter further, even the sales assistant on the till agreed that it was stupid.

The reason for me giving a review because of BOBBY SMITH how was working in prefume section, Kingston Park Newcastle, went there to buy 1 perfume only but because of her I end up with 3 prefumes and left the shop with big smile ?.
I really recommend her.

I just been to the pharmacy and noticed the girl working there in this time which is around 7pm she still active like her starting shift and listen to people what they need and she did all what she can to provide to customer before me and arrange for her what she is after after 15m .
When I my turn came I asked her for 2 items she walked to look over all shelves to make sure if there is any left somewhere or find me alternative option for my daughter. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was by herself with the white uniform!
Thank you and this is the type of people who deserve all respect and deserve good bonus!!
Boot management should look after her.

Absolutely shables of a chemist 5 days for a prescription ask to take prescription elsewhere to be sent away with a prescription they hadn't even took of there system very rude pharmacist and counter staff avoid
