Only giving this a 1 star so I can leave a review so my partner went to get some calpol for my 8 year old daughters pharmacy first for them to say at first she wasn't eligible for it to say ohh yes she's is eligible but you have to pay for it but can't give it to her at all she went out the back for my partner to hear them talking amongst there self's about how it would take too long as they due to close really professional of them just because they want to go home and don't want to fill the paper work in this is not the first bad experience I have last week they lost my son prescription for his adhd medication and then said they found it behind the till scrumpled up this medication is important for my son as he needs it daily !!

Are Boots deliberately running this branch down so they can close it??When trying to pick up prescription always get the same reply ?prescription?s just arrived? or ?have to order it in, call back tomorrow afternoon?Called in today for medication for a two year old only to be told both the standard reply?s by a very dismissive, bordering on rude assistant with the added comment of you can always have the prescription back and take it elsewhere, exactly what I did!!!!

Honestly these guys are hopless. Why are you guys never stocked up with medication. Considering you guys are wright next door to a doctors surgery. Also rang them about 5 Times no reply.

Shocking service. Phoned Doctors for prescription who in turn oked the request, they then sent it off automatically to boots West Denton, Never heard anything from Boots for 6 days so contacted Drs to see if thete was a problem only to be told, they sent it through on the 1st Feb so rang boots back only to be told NO it hasnt been sent through, but when i challenged her comment, she then changed to "OH the item is out of stock at suppliers" , to which i said, so why couldnt anyone ring and inform me of the problem as i required the item asap. Then i could contact Drs again to sort out a different prescription.NO APPOLOGY GIVEN..SHOCKING SERVICE..

Very busy chemist. They have a lot of customers who they treat well and serve as quickly and safely as they can.

It doesn't seem to matter what type of prescription your picking up. They either don't have it or only some of it. This is not acceptable. Surely a busy pharmacy as this one should be well stocked especially being situated next door to a busy doctors surgery. Unbelievable.

Often opens late and closes early. Wouldn't recommend if you're trying to visit when they open or 15 minutes before closing.

Horrendous collectingPrescriptions. after queuing an hour, you have to wait and explain to staff when it was sent as they say we don't have it, guaranteed everytime then after 10 mins dada they find it, stinking attitude the blonde one especially with a Sunderland accent. Get some training on customer service! The whole ordeal is a nightmare hence changing chemist which I have no bother with they don't even have seats for the older people and having to stand in between the aisles, needs more staff, the whole set up is a complete joke, it's painstakingly unbearable, only gave 1 star as couldn't give 0

Always queues. Not enough frontline staff. I really feel sorry for the lady who normally serves on the counter. Some people are really nasty to her and it's not her fault

9.30 and I go to pick up a prescription to be told behind locked doors no pharmacist we can't open an hour after opening time they need to move on and let a decent pharmacy take over
