Staff are so rude in this store.. My father was poorly and rang chemist to say someone was going to collect his perscription, My husband went along to get it and one member of staff was so rude and abrupt, My husband told them my fathers name postcode date and month he was born but because he could not remember the year she told him he could not have it and my father would have to collect it himself, We understand they have to give the medication out to the correct people but my father had just rang and explained he was too poorly. When your parent is poorly and just want their medication you should not have to stand and get the 3rd degree. I use fairmans chemist at newbiggin hall and they are always so happy to help you and nothing is ever a problem to them. Please think about it if your wanting to join a new chemist.

My prescriptions are never ready, even after days and a text saying that they are, staff make you feel stupid for asking for your own medication.

Well despite getting to know my boots people very well getting my medication and such. They are a listening bunch of guys and galls.I was in a very very dark place mentally on the verge of. But they took me to one side and talked and listened to me. Thank you guys I won't forget you and Ryan.
