what?s wrong with the security guy here? the chap follows you wherever you go! can?t a customer shop/browse in peace!? been to many boots across the country and this is the only one where i?ve gone in almost thrice and come out without buying a thing (including today), all because of this funny fellow. provide better training to your staff or hire better folks. sheesh!!! what a pain, omg.

Prescription amount error between surgery and boots so had to go collect my prescription in 2 lots, the pharmacist acknowledged all this but still forced me to pay for 2 prescriptions so ended up paying £20 for a few tablets. Greedy and bad customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff were super unhelpful and cant help with my needs. There were some staff who noticed me when I was lining up for a long time, but they ignored me and were just doing random things that can be put aside first. One staff refused to serve me and just PRETENDED that she just noticed me when someone pointed it out, how ignorant.
Terrible experience. Never want to visit this shop anymore. This's not the only boots with terrible staff. Please train your staff to have BASIC customer service skills.

The pharmacists here go out of their way to be as unhelpful and obstructive as possible. Go to Ashburton. The lady there is wonderful.
