“The staff loved our dog, they did try and give him a biscuit but he didn't partake. I felt very safe here and not judged at all for the way I was dressed, which is always appreciated. we got a couple of expansions which we were well chuffed with.”

“This is my favorite charity store in Newcastle. Although the price of the goods is a little higher than other similar stores, the quality is relatively better!I have bought many items here, like vintage dresses, skirts, lace cloths…I can find something unique and valuable every time I go there. Also, the volunteers there are all very friendly and helpful.”

“Not every bookstore has staff who know a lot about books. You guys did. Many thanks to the gentleman with the glasses and beard (I think!!!!!).
We compared notes on our faves and talked David Nicholls, Mariannes Keyes, Coco Mellor, Sally Rooney... I didn't leave empty handed & had a great shopping experience. 3 hour plane delay? No problemo!”
