We are moving from a 1910 house to a brand new build house. Bo Concept is the ideal furniture for us. Style of the furnishings aswell as colours are brilliant . Also Jessica (Newcastle branch) has been brilliant , knowledgeable & very helpful. Sorry Barker & Stonehouse we have found our new designer .

Friendly & knowledgeable staff who took the time to understand my needs and the kind of look and feel I needed to create in my room.Lots of sample swatches on fabrics and colours, lots of instore fabrics draped over sofa's until we found the perfect one .Delighted with my purchase so thanks to Tallulah for all the time and attention she gave to us.

Excellent service from the BoConcept team at Fenwick Newcastle. Particular thanks to Tallulah who spent a lot of time mocking up measured room layouts. Emma was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were also able to borrow larger pieces of fabric to 'test' at home.

The level of customer service is consistently excellent.I have previously bought items from BoConcept Aberdeen, Tillicoultry and now Newcastle. All have been excellent. Jessica in Newcastle was the most recent and was very helpful.BoConcept products are high quality if a little pricey.

The staff ( Paige, James and team) at Boconcept in Fenwick's Newcastle were friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble on the numerous visits we made, with different members of the family, before finally choosing a suite. The delivery service was efficient with Daniel arranging delivery dates to suit us and Tom and Rick ( along with their little four legged friend) delivering the furniture and ensuring we were happy with everything. The furniture is beautiful and the family think we have made a good choice. From beginning to end this has been a pleasant experience and we are very grateful to all. A big thank you BoConcept Team.

I?m thrilled to be able to review Paige Carr from Bo Concept, Fenwick, Newcastle. Paige was warm but very professional and had a kind manner. She was very knowledgeable about the products she sells and there was no hard sell which was lovely. She spent a great deal of time with us planning and pulling together a scheme which far exceeded our brief. We were able to see the room layout on screen with the items we loved. We were made to feel very special and valued throughout. Paige was a truly lovely young woman and excellent at what she does. She made our day very special!

Couldn?t be happier with our BoConcept experience. From the first visit in store, followed with emails and then a home visit. The home visit was free and although I was apprehensive it was amazing! It helped to put everything in context and Paige was able to advise based on our needs and put this into a virtual visual tool. We tweeked our purchases based on this and are going to have a look we couldn?t have managed without this or Paige?s guidance. We never felt pushed or pressured at any time and It made it much more reassuring for big home purchases to have this advice and help.Highly recommend, especially Paige.
