Do not come here for hair cuts, unless you want uneven hair!! I usually do not do reviews, however I?m posting this to save whoever is considering to getting a cut here.Firstly, I showed the stylist what I wanted which essentially was just some layers with some curtain bangs at the front, however what I received was something completely different. My hair is completely uneven and not even layered properly. I have long hair, but I?m seriously considering to cut my hair shorter than a bob because that?s how much it got messed up. It?s even more embarrassing as many people in my life have noticed it and made comments about it, which shows how noticeable the error is. I?m having to now put my hair in a bun everyday due to the embarrassment.Secondly, when I raised these concerns the salon didn?t seem rather sympathetic, but more as a ?get over it, we can?t please everyone?. It just didn?t seem professional for a business to act, especially when the service that they provide can change your look drastically. I wasn?t even expecting a refund but just acknowledgment so that this doesn?t happen in the future. If a business cannot handle customer feedback, then it really does show the lack of professionalism.Anyways, I just read the other reviews on Google where a lady stated the same, that the cut was poor and all the stylist cared about was talking about themselves. Safe to say, I am sure we received the same stylist. Obviously I understand that some stylists are chatty and want to converse with the client. However my stylist seemed more concentrated on her rants than my hair.

The customer experience was great. However, the quality of the manicure and pedicure doesn?t correlate with the pricing when compared within the beauty market. My manicure didn?t last up to a week.

I've been going to Bliss for over a decade at this point, and I've never had a bad experience with any of the stylists (although I'd like to shout out Danielle, Sharon and Nicola as particularly awesome stylists who've all done my hair multiple times!).I've gone through a few different hair colours and styles over this period, and the colour work and cut are always on point.All of the stylists are great and do a brilliant job of matching your mood, keeping up the chat if you're feeling up for it or letting you have some peace if you're not feeling as social.I can't recommend Bliss highly enough and look forward to coming back for many more years!Services: Hair coloring

Colour was fine but the cut was poorly done. Didn?t match the picture what I wanted. She seemed more interested in talking about herself all the time. Wasn?t interested in what I had to say. The cut and colour wasn?t cheap. Was not offered a drink. Wasn?t very friendly. I didn?t feel welcome. She said she wasn?t meant to be working on a Monday and was covering for someone. She wasn?t happy about it. Well it isn?t my problem. I am here to get my hair done. It has put me off returning. She needs to pay more attention to the clients hair more.Services: Hair coloring

I visited Bliss to have a hair colour correction today March 6th. I had Amanda as my hairdresser. She made me feel really comfortable as I was a little nervous and talked me through everything she would do. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the colours needed and listened to myself also. My hair had had a very dark colour on which needed stripped and a further full head colour as grey hairs needed covered. What an amazing job she did!! I am super happy with Amanda's expertise because she chose the right colours to match me. Very reasonable rates here too. Already booked in for May. Thank you Amanda you are a star! I usually put off going for a hair cut for ages, because being autistic, I usually find it quite awkward and out of my comfort zone. I didnt need to worry - they made me feel so relaxed, comfortable and welcome, taking the time to find out exactly what I wanted, and check in that it was right all the way through. Amazing facial experience with Tina.There were some complications with the appointment due to the communication. But she really made up for it. Loved the treatment, skin feels super soft.She?s so sweet and I felt relaxed and comfortable.
