I was refused to have the brow tint at the blink bar because i was two weeks before my 18th birthday and the companyâ??s rule is that you have to be 18 years to have this treatment. I had the patch test and had my appointment but on the day of the appointment they refused to perform the brow tint treatment. Iâ??m totally unhappy with the service and with blink barâ??s absurd rules. Definitely will not recommend it to anyone.
