Been in Best One this morning and on several occasions there is an older woman who is very abrupt and rude to customers at the till not just me I have witnessed this to other people. She needs to learn some customer care.

Very friendly staff, with a variety of products that cannot be found in asda and tesco. As a weekly shopper they offer the best price and also have great offers all year round. Would definetly recommend.

Very clean and tidy store with a lots of variety. Has new selection of products at cheap prices. No queue's which is useful in this current climate and quick service as well as friendly staff. Has free parking bays which is very helpful. Will recommend.

Always feel welcomed at Newcastle Budgens.. Great store! Well stocked, spacious and very clean! Staff are very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
