It's a B&Q. What you go to is what you get. A big warehouse B&Q. Relatively well stocked compared to some of the smaller B&Qs (and a competitor nearby which rhymes with rickes whose stock was very thin on the ground).

Whent to pick up some hdf boarding and screws and pipe insulation foam, not a bit of bother where the picking was concerned but the timber cutting area was out of service until later in the day so it was inconvenient that i had to buy smaller sheets to make up for the same amount to fit into my vehicle, at the checkout i was asked if i had a B&Q card, and when i replied no and that i wasnt bothered simply because i don't frequent the store all that often i was made to feel as thoughi was about as welcome as a fart in an astronaut suit, like id just personally insulted staff, when in reality i just wanted to grab what i wanted and go no hassle no signing up no nonsense, but because i didnt care about discount i was alienated my the staff at the self service checkout yesterday, so not very happy with my experience!

Found an advert saying 20% off all outdoor plants,when we paid for them only one in four where discounted,went to costumer services and told them ,it took ages for them to sort out my problem.the last three times I've shopped at b and q I've had pricing problems so check your receipts well.

We bought a bathroom suite at B&Q Scotswood today and Adam assisted us, he was a lovely gentleman and nothing was a problem. He answered all of our questions and was very patient.
