I?m appalled by the complete lack of security at Asda?s Lemington store. On multiple occasions now, I?ve witnessed groups of people (not just individuals ? groups of 2 or 3) openly stealing bags of produce and alcohol without any fear of consequence. When staff have tried to intervene, they?ve been met with shocking levels of verbal abuse and even threats of physical violence.
The latest incident I witnessed was on 28th April 2025 at 19:15, and once again, the situation was completely out of control. It?s utterly unacceptable that this has been allowed to go on unchecked.
I no longer feel safe shopping at this store ? especially not with my children ? and have been forced to shop elsewhere as a result. Asda needs to take serious action and provide proper security before someone gets seriously hurt. This store is currently a dangerous and intimidating place to be. Shame on Asda for allowing it to reach this point.

The cooked chicken strips are the mechanically reclaimed chicken sponge meat. The quantity you get has been reduced to the bare minimum, 2 portions are about the quantity of what one portion used to be.
This is not a good supermarket for cooked meats.

Called in Saturday evening 6.4.2024 , is it really necessary to have the music so loud! ? Couldn't take a phone call as it was too noisy, no wonder the staff or colleagues or whatever they are referred to these days get bad reviews for their temperament, having to work all day in that noise would have a detrimental effect on my attitude too. So I left the shop and no prizes as to where I went to, to get my goods.

Call in tonight for something for me my tea the shops was empty on most things left with some chicken thats was totally over priced....maybe be better if you go in morning rather that 7.30 at Night

I visit regularly and it is often a very uncomfortable experience. The staff are rude and this come from the top down. God forbid that you ask for a plastic bag for self checkout without having to wait until a staff member is free to scan it for you incase you steal it. Very bizarre across the board.

Very poor shop nothing much on shelves dates we?re all next day on ready meals not a great choice as it?s a small shop staff were not restocking the shelves and didn?t seem very keen in helping you, I?m disabled and they didn?t care, this shop should be shut down I will never go in that shop again and my advice to anyone don?t shop here

Extremely rude staff with abhorrent attitudes. One of the older staff member (male) is extremely unhinged and acts like he owns the store. Very strange behaviour.
