Very racist staff towards white people very bad

They sold us moldy jam the staff have attitudes and when I walk past the fruit it's usually moldy and has flys swarming them they've sold us abt 5 moldy jars of jam and when I look at the jams in the store they have mold I will not go to this store again.

Today, Sunday 13 October, I had an awful experience at this Asda with an employee. I had an entire trolley full of groceries and that meant I couldn?t use the self checkout because they are far too small to hold all my items. So I went to one of the big tills where a member of staff is supposed to serve you and when I spoke to the woman employee she literally refused to serve me and told me to go to the self checkout I showed her all my items and there were even some other people who told her to serve me because I can?t use the self checkout and she still refused to serve me with the excuse that they don?t have enough staff but she was there with her colleague so either of them could?ve served me. This is poor customer service and is something that is poor for Asda?s standards.

Horrible place. Staff and customers all seem horrible. Everyone is angry in there. There's always arguments, at the tills, about queue jumping. The staff ignore you when their self service machines inevitably go into a tizzy - when the staff eventually do come to help they completely blank all pleasantries. I'd understand staff apathy (I mean who, actively, wants to work for Asda) but their outright hostility is pathetic. One little old man who works there is particularly despicable - I recently witnessed him scream at a customer; this customer was a child. One argument I'll make in defence of the staff is that it must be soul destroying having to be in that environment everyday, dealing with the worst customers I've ever witnessed in any shop - still doesn't excuse shouting at a kid though. I've lived around the corner from this Asda for approximately 5 years and have visited (out of sheer necessity) countless times, so my opinions on this dump aren't a knee-jerk reaction. I already go out of my way to avoid going in there but I think I'll go even further out of my way from now on. Google reviews forced me to leave at least one star.

Very worth every single penny. Even though it is located in a relatively rough area, this supermarket is still legit. The service is good, the staff is nice and lovely. The price is quite cheap and affordable.

Worst shopping experience ever. A older female worker shouted at me at the tills about a non-existent ?queue? despite the fact there were no other customers at the tills. She then mocked me and laughed at me to another staff member. How is this hostile behaviour acceptable?? Every other staff member is kind and the store itself is in a good way, however this particular employees behaviour is despicable and disturbing.

Worst staff and service security guard won't allow us 15min before need to buy eggs only 1product we request him alot..,if I go to Aldi and Lidl 5min before closing time they always welcome us no comparison with them.

I had a terrible experience with a staff member at the self-checkout. She had a bad attitude, ignored me, and then barked at me when I asked for help. It was really upsetting and even caused me to have a panic attack. I also overheard her complaining about other customers. It's not fair that the other staff have to work harder because of her behavior.

I love the collaboration amongst store staff at the tills, the security staff and cleaners especially during peak busy times. The effort of the staff at this store does alot to keep the queues moving fast and also maintain a tidy clean organised space.

Terrible customer I was at the self-service check. I ask for a bag as I paid for one she asked to see my receipt she checked and refused to give me a bag and she then tells me to go ask someone else for a bag next to the tills ..why check my receipt and not give me a bag and telling me to go get one from someone else. Disgusting vile staff. Very rude and ill mannered. The store has had a slight makeover the freezers have had doors put on looks a bit presentable then before.
Staff member Parvaiz I?m not sure if that was her real name is such a rude vile person I was waiting for staff approval at self checkout and she ignored me when I said ?excuse me? she Snapped and shouted at me. She was so angry,rude very vile person.
I wouldn?t want to come across her again. She had no professionalism as an employee. Dirty, smelly,disgusting teeth put me off shopping there. Asda should do a presentation check on their staff before they employ them.
