IMO This has to be the Worst Asda I have been in ! It is hidden away off Westgate Road in a Depressing Area down a Shabby Side Street leading to an industrial estate , next to a Filthy back alleyway that never seems to get cleaned , it is in an Ugly Building that resembles an old Warehouse It is the only major Supermarket in the area & is always very busy as no other big competitors nearby all the other Shops are small Halal and East European. .I remember it was a Netto many years ago , till the big 4 forced them out of business . It is way too small to be an Asda but I think it makes huge profit's Not a very nice welcoming store for a big company like Asda. There is only 1 manned checkout that never seems to be open, only when the Ques are massive on a Weekend the rest is all self checkouts, mostly Card Only. The staff are not very helpful and look miserable there is never anyone at customer service or tobacco counter you have to call someone over. I get what I need and Glad to get out

?Staff always rude, without any empathy.?Poor organization (queue).?Refusing to give a refund even with a receipt and the item in the same condition as bought.?Often problems with the machine when need to top up the elettricity key and gas card.It has a great potential, the product are good, vegan and halal option available. However, really needs improvement.

Staff are very rude and inpatient.Especially tonight. 02/12/2023 night staff around 8.30A girl with red t-shirt was extremely impolite and had an attitude to mountains.I felt them to be racist towards me and treating brown tone differently to theirs.Do you even think its fair ! Its a customer service issue. Can you attempt to train your staff well. And please include inclusion and respect in the e-learning.The red t-shirt girl with a gold hair band was so very rude and used words stating we are not stupid. Can you please teach them to behave next time.

The experience at Asda today was disappointing. At first, we understood why they declined to sell alcohol as not everyone in our group had their ID. However, when two of us returned later with valid IDs, they still refused the sale. It's perplexing; it seems they expect everyone in our group to be present with IDs every time we want to buy alcohol which means if I have to buy one I have to bring all my friends along with their IDs. This happened today 6-12-2023,6.00 - 7.00 pm. The staff was wearing red shirt and was very rude to us. We are all 30 + and they didn't even allow us to buy one bottle. Even the manager upheld this policy. I had hoped for more sensible and customer-friendly behavior from them. It's essential to keep things simple and provide better customer service in the future.

Halal products are sold here, marinated chicken, sliced meat, sausage, nuggets and chicken strips. A gluten free product shelf is there too. Lidl will sell cheaper but that's the reachable one from my house without taking the bus so can't complain

Avoid using the cash machine outside, took me 4 months before I got a refund back as the cash didn?t come out, also informed staff about the issue who didn?t seem bothered as they ?have nothing to do with it?. And the staff inside the Asda never seem helpful at all when I used to shop there. Always seems so busy and rammed full of rude people!

Horrible service, I was waiting for 1 whole hour waiting for employees to help with the store login Id and I was turned away 4 times and ignored, I left everything where it was and left. Absolutely appalling staff should be shut down for multiple reasons this being one of many, one of the worst things there are the staff just freely swearing about like it?s there own house! There were boxes on the floor nothing was in order. Never returning and you reading this shouldn?t either.

Extremely rude, unwelcoming and angry staff. I asked a member of staff for the directions to Oil and he screamed at me in a not very understandable accent ?Big or small?, I hadn?t understood him, so I politely asked him to repeat what he said, and he started swearing at me and calling me names?.. I then understood what he asked and said ?Big size? and he proceeded to walk away very angry and whispering something under his voice. I am far from pleased, and would even like to take this out with the manager. It?s one thing to not like your job, but swearing at customers, and making them feel unsafe is not justifiable in any professional world.

Love Asda, staff need to be bit more friendly and customers needs to be lot more understanding and caring towards the items inside . If u dont want an item just return it to its right place not just dump it where ever you happen to have a brain wave that u no longer require that item. Seen frozen and other fridge items dumpped by the Customers inside the store in different areas.*Plus staff is there to help and guide you towards the shopping not to provide free entertainment *

I am glad that they stopped restricting the purchase to 3 pieces for each product, which was very annoying. I was buying products for two weeks for the family because we live far from Asda, but I had to go every three days to buy when they was restrict buying more than 3 pieces ?Just wait for them to focus on the cards below the products bearing the price because I go to pay and the price varies with me sometimes. Also, hope they attention to the prices because some products are available in other stores that are cheaper than Asda, such as Pepsi, they sell it for 2 pounds, while it is 1.99 in a store where the prices of the products are supposed to be more expensive.
