Whent to Asda today to do our weekly Monday shop to find that there is no longer a checkout on until 10am and had to go through the self service checkout which was extremely busy as a pair of pensioners it is absolutely ridiculous that a shop like Asda is not doing enough for the elderly after having the assistant back for the sixth time because the self service drives you up the wall Asda is driving shoppers away from now on we will be doing our weekly shop at lidl and I bet we aren't the only ones to shop elsewhere good bye Asda.

Discriminate you instantly thinking your a thief if you dont get a reciept or ask for an alarm took off they try to say you havnt paid and this is about the 20th time its happend even though im probably on double there salary??

Was one of the best Asdas at one point what's hapoened? Shelves all empty the valentines meal deal ridiculous!!! Doesn't explain how it works or what you get. The store has rapidly gone down hill.

Unhelpful staff who advise they don't "work on that department" when you ask for assistance or help with finding a product.
Only two manned tills with long queues, I stood for 20 minutes to get served and I will not be forced to use self service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Asda recently. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional, and unfortunately, I witnessed clear signs of discrimination. Instead of being helpful and courteous, some employees were rude and dismissive, treating certain customers differently based on their background.
Supermarkets should be welcoming places for everyone, regardless of race or ethnicity, but my experience at this Asda location was far from that. It's disheartening to see such behavior in a place that serves diverse communities. I hope Asda takes serious action to address this issue and provides better training to its staff to ensure fair and respectful treatment for all customers.
I would not recommend shopping here until improvements are made.

I usually buy baby milk. I go to self checkout and ask one of the staff to help, while I?m buying 36 which is 3 box it is extremely hard to scan every single one of them.
Today there a an aggressive staff wearing glasses; refused to help and saying due to security you need to scan them one by one.
How ever I asked another staff who was really nice and help me.
Simple, you need watch who is giving you bad reputation security guard was backing him up even he knew he is not right.
This sick person needs to be terminated.

This Asda superstore felt uninviting, due in part to the lighting but mainly down to the fact that many of the shelves appeared jumbled. Products were not nearly stacked and the shop had the feel of a place that wasn't cared for.
I popped in on an evening but won't be hurrying back.
