First time I used the pharmacy after Boots chillingham road closed, gave me my prescription only to find two items missing and had to return.Second time I used them went after 4 days to collect prescription to be told not in stock come the following day, after waiting 20 mins in a queue was told we don't have the item not sure when it will be in stock and suggested I try elsewhere.Pharmacy has more work than they can handle and not enough staff due to other pharmacy in are shut down recently and others only do half days weekend.

I came in today to have my blood pressure taken. All the staff were friendly. Marco in particular was extremely helpful, was willing to make accommodations for me and took extra time to write all the Information down for me.

Marco was fantastic! Considering how busy they are the team was great! Sorted my issue out they were very helpful :)

If you like getting told to come back an endless amount of times , just getting ignored by the staff , standing and wasting your time , come to this pharmacy

Day 1: waited 20 mins in queue to be told they didn't have the medication I needed, I asked for 30g, they only had had 100g so I couldn't have it. The employee said they could order it in, or send it back to the 'spine', then seemed annoyed when I asked what that was. Went to Boots Chilly Road to pick it up from the 'spine'. They didn't have 30g either, only 100g.Day 2: rang GP to get prescription changed to 100g rather than 30g as 30g seems to be unavailable.Day 4-5: Go to Asda on my lunch break about 3pm, so hardly the lunch rush. Stood waiting for 15 minutes during which 1 person is served. Queue goes down because a few people give up and leave. I leave without my prescription. Queue was about 8 deep when I left. I can see at least 3 employees in the back, nobody comes to the front.I tried to ring earlier to see if my prescription was actually here. No answer. So I'm back AGAIN at Asda. Been here about 15 minutes again, 1 person has been saved. The lady in front of me says this is her 4th attempt to get her prescription.I want to like this pharmacy... I really do, it's nearby and convenient. But please consider putting in a queuing or ticketing system. Maybe a pick-up slot time? More staff? Answer the phone? It's only going to get busier now Boots Chilly Rd is closing. It shouldn't take 3 attempts to come and get some eczema ointment. At least a ticketing system would allow people to do their shopping or whatever in the meantime.Edit: 45 minutes later, I get to the front of the queue and they don't have my medication, despite the fact the only reason I went back to the GP to get the prescription changed to 100g was because they said they only had that quantity available!I ended up ringing Asda Customer Services to get my script returned to the spine, because the pharmacy still didn't pick up!

Last time I tried to pick up my script it took 45 minutesI?m stood here now waiting and it?s been 52, there?s 7 people behind me and 4 staff working. This place needs shutting down, don?t expect to be able to collect unless your boss gives you two hour lunch breaks. But they also take lunch simultaneously so you?ll have to gamble which hours you take to get your meds

Pharmacy has really gone downhill in the last 3-4 months, I'm not sure what's changed behind the scenes but it's not good now.The queues are always long and the staff seem to disappear out behind the wall and be gone for ages. The prescriptions are never ready when they should be and items are often missing..they issued me with an incorrect dosage and blamed the GP, when checked with the surgery, the correct dosage was on the prescription. One of the pharmacists told me that when she scanned my husband's details in, it came up with a different person and we had to phone the GP. We did that and they had no idea what she was talking about; I returned to pharmacy 30 mins later and spoke to a different member of staff (in Asda uniform so not a pharmacist) and she didn't no what her colleague had done wrong but it scanned fine and I got the tablets from her. You're supposed to phone ahead to make sure prescription is ready but it's impossible to get through. My prescription was sent electronically, after no reply on the phone I went to the store; she said it will be ready in an hour. I couldn't wait so the assistant said I could collect the next day. Got there the next day at 2.15. Sign was up saying they were on lunch (I accept they close for lunch but this is never the same time; sometimes they close 12 til 1, sometimes later so it's impossible to time it right). I waited 30 mins in the queue when they reopened, thinking my items were ready ( as I'd been told the day before they would). She disappeared in the back and returned with items about another 15 mins later. Meanwhile the queue was getting longer and longer and everyone saying the same thing - that this place is a nightmare. !I understand retail is hard work, NHS is troublesome etc but it seems things have gone badly wrong here. I feel sorry for the staff, but then again I'm afraid that a few seem to be lost at sea. I hope it changes soon.

Absolute joke this place!! Seriously. I?m the last 6 weeks we?ve had stupid waiting times ( over 2 hours ), lost prescriptions, no tablets, wrong prescription given out ( dosage ), one pharmacist said the details were wrong on the script. The next one said it was fined she was looking at someone else. If demand is so great they need to get more staff or stop taking prescriptions.

Don't even want to put one star! Ordered bp meds last Monday, go today they are out of stock! According to your poster 1 in 4 people have high bp, surely you should keep these meds replenished. I have now got to come back after work tomorrow , if they wont be in please let me know! Lisinopril 5mg

Worst service ever - referred here for an emergency script, been waiting 45 minutes just to fill in the form, now told another 20 minutes to even see the pharmacist, still longer til l get the prescription, and nowhere to sit, even tho l'm ill!

Prescription never ready (or downloaded as they like to say) when it has been sent days beforehand from GP. Now on top of that saying they need 2 days notice of collection aswell. Changing chemists because there?s always an issue when I go with missing items, or needing to order the stock blah blah.
