Never took sainsburys clothes back to argos before but the staff was great sorting returned items back thank you to byker argos for a straigh forward process

Picked up item easily enough. Customer service is bad from this one blonde older lady, asked a question and as she had to repeat herself. She said "repeat" to her staff. I think a little training in friendly manners would be appropriate. Very rude.

Argos needs to reconsider their partnership with TNT - FedEx ! They are the worst delivery company ever ?They are supposed to delivery one item ( play house) today, I was waiting and suddenly I've checked the door one Time early afternoon and I've seen a note. They didn't ring the bell at all.They have spoiled my 3 years old daughters birthday present and surprise for Sunday. So now we've got nothing for her.The customer service is not exist. I've called a few times and basically the hang off the phone to me all the times. Very rude. I wish I could give them- -5 stars

One of the Worst Argos Stores I?ve ever been in. Not once but on many Occasions I orders to pick up and the items were either Returns or Ex Display. If you collect from here my Advice Check before Leaving the store Although I had to Return Back and get it changed but it was the Inconvenience caused back and forth. SERVICE IS POOR STAFF ARR MISERABLE SODS.

Nice staff in this argos ! But couple down falls ! The prices have gone up ! This shop used to be a cheap shop ! Now it's very expensive ! They need cut prices down a lot ! I notice when l went on there computer check things over they have doubled in price ! About 5 years ago u could pick up a great bargains now u can't in argos ! I can see this going bust soon under they need have good sales on ! Better prices ! I can see amazon taken over theses shops ! Again argos needs do something fast before it goes out business! Some off stuff they selling well over the price range ! Again u can get your things what they sell on amazon lot cheaper ! They need try do something fast by knocking down prices and sell better quality stuff in lower prices Again staff in this store are fantastic always there to help you 2/5 for the staff and 0/5 for the prices and stuff they sell far 2 expensive now in argos needs a good upgrade with all that space they have they should put shelfs up try sell there stock put it out on show and have better offers on like buy one get one free or have big discounts on there stuff if they don't l can see this argos going bust under

I firstly ordered my item online to try and save any ques when going in; this was to minimise my time in store due to covid. I went to the correct desk which stated "Online Collections". There was not a member of staff in sight. I stood for 15 minuets before being asked if I had been served yet, bearing in mind there was only 2 other customers in store, both who were sitting and waiting for their items. The lady then came back 5 minuets later and began to process my collection. When she eventually arrived back, she handed me my item explaining there was no jewellery boxes available and gave me the earrings in a little shabby zip lock bag and then proceeded to go into the back of the store ignoring the other customer behind me. I looked at my item which was completely wrong. I then had to wait a further 5 minuets till she came back to explain she handed me the wrong colour. She went onto her computer looking all dazed while another member of staff came over trying to help. Neither could find the correct item in the store; this took atleast a further 10 minuets. She then proceeded to tell me another store 10 miles away had them in stock, bearing in mind I had already paid for the item 24 hours prior. By this time I was absolutely sick and explained I wanted a refund to which she stormed off towards the till and abruptly told me to put my card nto the machine. I will not be coming back to this store as the level of customer service I experienced was absolutely disgusting.

Visited the store today with a issue regarding trying to return gift cards bought with my Argos card and although they couldn?t be returned. The customer service I received was excellent. The store manager was so helpful and tried her best to help me and her customer service was impeccable.. the store assistant was also really good. My problem was not resolved however it was how professional it was handled and at a very busy Christmas period .

Came in to return a blender I brought 3 weeks ago as it wasn't blending properly & liquid would leak from the base of the blender. Probably the worst customer service I'd received (didn't think that was possible in argos). The manager (kate) argued that as the blender could turn on there's no issues- despite me explaining it doesn't blender properly & liquid leaks from the base. Was incredibly rude & abrupt. Didn't offer to help at all or accept my consumer rights making me feel as if I lied about a mixer in front of other customers. Decided to go to the argos in town & they were so kind & helped resolve my issue. If Argos byker is reading this, please train your managers to be friendly & not accuse customers of lying over items that are faulty. Really disappointed in this service.

I want to say what a credit to your team Matthew at the Byker store in Newcastle is. I had my hands full with my two children whilst trying to pick up an order today and he went out of his way to calm my daughter and answer any questions she had about the stock room and where the stock comes from. He is an absolute delight and has made both mine and my daughters day x
