The girls at Ann summers Newcastle are always attentive, kind and welcoming. They give the best advice and go above and beyond for everyone. I was greeted by Ni, Amanda, Freya and Saskia today and all of them gave 10/10 service and made me feel so welcomed. Keep up the amazing work girls and you should all be so proud of yourselves! ????

I visited this store with my boyfriend a few days ago. Customer service was great, The store and fitting rooms were clean and tidy. The woman serving on the cash desk was very helpful and informed me of a buy one get one half price deal that I hadn't been aware of. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Lovely friendly store. Had a bra fitting done by Freya who was very knowledgeable. Advised on which bra would be most suitable and what size. Would recommend. Lovely wallpaper in the changing room which was very clean.

I?ve been in this location a few times and the staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful! They really make an effort to help you pick the right stuff for you. Sometimes it feels a little like upselling, but in my experience their recommendations are always bang on!
