amazing! bought a special toy with lots of settings so loobed it up and slipped it in and OH MY DAYS, I was shaking wiggling and bouncing like a turbulent airplane, the storm that was released from my trout tube could be described as nothing less then a category 8 hurricane. is short I gooed allover the walls and screamed so hard the windows shattered. 10/10 would slip her in again

Good shop, went in for the first time recently but I think they need to be more careful about the age and demeanor of people in there as its awkward and offputting trying to browse when theres groups of teenage boys giggling and making jokes behind you

Earlier today I attempted to return a product the Eldon square store. The product was in perfect condition, unworn and with tags attached. I also had the receipt. However since the exterior packaging had been damaged (opened), the employee in the store refused to accept the return. She claimed this to be stated on the box, however kept pointing to text that stated ?interior packaging must be original condition?, which is was, and tried to argue the external box was part of the interior packaging, with no other explanation. Not only did she refuse to accept the return, she also refused to help me in any way and would not give me any contact details on where I could take my query, not to mention the negative attitude she gave to me, making an unhelpful comment under her breathe as I left the store which I thought was extremely unprofessional. This employee also refused to give me their name or let me speak to any other employees in the store for clarification, which I found very odd as I?ve never had this problem before . As an avid shopper of Ann summers and someone who works in customer service myself, I?m very disappointed with the service I received today and won?t be shopping here again, id expect a higher standard of service from the brand, certainly not to be made to feel inferior. I have since got in contact with Ann summers customer service, who advised me that the box is NOT part of the internal packaging and the return should of infact been accepted. I sincerely hope this is not how all Ann summers staff treat their customers and that this will not happen again.

Really bad customer service. Was stood over and watched closely while I was browsing then given the hard sell when I went to the counter. Felt pressured into buying add ons as the store worker was almost argumentative when I said I didn't want them, and felt I wasn't going to be able to complete my purchase until I did. Really bad. Go anywhere other than here is my recommendation.

I went to the shop in eldon Square, Newcastle today to browse and purchase a vibrater. The shop was quiet but unfortunately neither of the 2 sales people came to help me so I walked out out. When I left I was the only person in the shop. Poor customer service.

Had great day out with my grandparents and a fun experience in the store, fun for all the family but the selection of food at the buffet table is unfortunately very limited. I would be be more than happy to return, but I might have to nip into Sainsbury's first for a cheese and pickle sandwich and pickled onion Monster munch. Despite this however, I strongly reccommend this store, but I was confused as i was told they sell toys, but I couldn't find the Lego section. Either way, my grandparents had fun, and left with bags of stuff including some nice handcuffs to play cops and robbers in. 4 STARS!!!

I buy from the Newcastle branch quite frequently , but my recent time the manager spoke to me disgustingly with disrespect , questioning my age and after replying that I was officially 18 , she then said sharply â??get yourself down to the front of the shop nowâ?? it was uncalled for and quite frankly embarrassing.
