Wife and I popped in on the off chance of finding a leather jacket for her. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by engaging and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including popping out to grab stock from a local department store for my wife to try on. We walked away not only knowing that the right purchase had been made but also with a feeling of been blown away by the levels of customer service, the like of which are increasingly rare these days.

Tom was great with his attendance and he deserve 5* however other members of staff were too keen with their approach which kind of felt forsed and not natural. Thank you Tom for being patient with me. Only because of you patience I?ve purchased those trousers and shoes.

Helped very attentively by a guy called Callum. Best customer service I?ve received in a very long time. Tried to get the best product for me on the day, wasn?t in stock unfortunately but his work persuaded me to keep browsing and I left with something completely different

Service was incredible. When I entered the shop I was straight away greeted by the staff that were there making me feel comfortable and welcome, after a quick whip around the store I was approached by a staff member named Luke who clearly clocked I was looking for something. After describing what I was after, Luke showed me the different colours that were available and we had a really nice chat. When I was trying the clothes on he was there to give feedback letting me know other ways to style the items I was getting. Even though I ended up leaving the store with more than I wanted I am incredibly happy with my purchases and can now make some great fits. At the till I was informed on a little tip to save myself some money which was really nice of him and proved his ability to go above and beyond even though he told us earlier that he was covering a shift! Customer service was top notch and really pushed the premium retail experience which is familiar with the brand.
