Really disappointed I popped in today to get a takeaway cheesecake as I have many times before. They are not on the takeaway menu but previously they just ring it through and pop it in a box for me. Today the member off staff explained they aren't available for takeaway I explained I don't mind how it's boxed up and I don't mind paying eat in prices. She said she was told not to let me do it. I cant see a genuine reason why surely a sale is a sale. I declined a dessert in the restaurant we ate in so I could get a cheesecake from yourselves instead and I've done it before with no issues. Clearly you were busy enough today not to need my business.

There is a lady who usually serves us here, and she is phenomenal?unfortunately, I never caught her name. She?s the reason we started visiting again.
Sadly, she wasn?t in tonight, and I genuinely wish we hadn?t come back.
We ordered the bottomless belt and were seated at the end, so by the time the food made its way to us, there was hardly anything left to choose from?it was mostly gone by the time it reached us.
There weren?t many hot items available either, like the katsu.
We raised our concerns with the staff, but it felt like things went downhill from there. No drink refills were offered, and nothing else was done to address our issues.
To make matters worse, just as we finally managed to get some decent items that weren?t just edamame beans, the man next to us vomited multiple times all over the floor and into a bin.
At that point, we decided to leave. When we went to pay, the waitress?who was ringing up our bill?said "sorry" while laughing and even offered us another table, despite us saying we felt extremely nauseous from being near someone who had just thrown up.
I had to be firm and explain that it wasn?t unreasonable to not want to eat in a restaurant where someone had just vomited at the table next to us.
She then showed us the bill, and although we hesitated since we couldn?t even finish our meal, she eventually comped one of the bottomless belts. But honestly, it wasn?t worth it. I left feeling sick, and I?m not sure if it was the questionable salmon being served or just the overall experience of being around someone throwing up.
Oh, and when the vomiting happened, the staff just stood there and did nothing?we had to move ourselves.
Honestly, the lady who usually serves us seems to run the place, because every time I?ve been there without her, it?s been a disaster.

Xmas Eve. Service useless. Girl more interested in chatting. She left the card reader at our booth for the entire duration of our visit. Didn?t come back once after first order. Had discount with free gyozas. Asked to take away. After 15 min gave up and left as they seemed more interested in packing up.

Rice was undercooked and dry. Can't get over the idea of eating sushi where the rice was that bad. Their supermarket sushi tasted better. It really tasted awful. Probably last time to eat there.

Great food, if you can get it a lot of the main menu foods weren't available and we waited while for the conveyor belt to be filled, there was very little on it when we arrived. The staff are always so lovely but there aren't enough of them. It seems they're way under staffed at the busiest times which just adds to the frustration for everyone.

The worst yo sushi I've ever been to. The food is good it's everything else that's the issue. You can't use the yo sushi app to order, it's card only. The staff come up to you with a tablet for putting on your order. It seems really weird and so do the way the staff act

Sat down and waited to order. Once we?d decided what we were having we tried to order yet four things in a row they said they didn?t have. Left and went to Chiquito and it was great ?

Got this sushi on Too Good To Go a while ago. Very impressed with both the quality and quantity of the sushi! Definitely worth getting the app for trying sushi at such a reasonable price.

Visited today and it was all so lovely! Haven?t been since pre-COVID so the colour coding grab was so much quicker! Service was lovely & chefs were asking if we were enjoying the food whilst preparing dishes! Will definitely be back :)

Been here a couple of times. The food has been inconsistent in both quality and time it takes to make, regardless of how busy/quiet it's been. The staff ignore you most of the time and it can take a lot of effort to get there attention. Tonight we queued along with some other people while just over half the seating was free. The staff looked over multiple times but ignored everyone waiting. Eventually we left to go to a different restaurant, as did the people behind us. We won't bother going back again.

We love going to this YO! Sushi however the last time we went was even better. The chef over heard us saying how good the food was, gave us 50% off the sushi we took off the belt. We were then given some sushi to take home for free as it was new and we said we wanted to try it but were too full to. The waiting staff were so nice and checked if everything was good. The staff went above and beyond on this visit
